Small-3 and Small-5 sizes look best on bra bands 32 to 38 (under bust physically smaller than 34 inches). On bands larger than 38 (under bust physically larger than 34 inches), Small-3 and Small-5 may look too narrow on the body when worn naked.
Medium-4 and Medium-6 looks best on bra bands 38 to 44 (under bust physically measuring between 34 and 42 inches). On bra bands larger than 44 (under bust measuring larger than 42 inches), Medium-6 may look too narrow on the body when worn naked. On bra bands smaller than 38 (under bust physically smaller than 34 inches), the breasts may look too close together or the breastplate may be too wide for the body when worn naked.
