Standard Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Returns processed within 5–7 business days after receipt
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are final sale:

- Cosmetics
- Intimates (including bras and panties)
- Clearance items
- Breast forms, nipples, and select specialty items

Shoe Fit Policy

Wigs
- We will accept a return on any wig that has not been taken out of the box and is unworn with the tags attached in its original packaging. Once the wig has been tried on and worn, we are no longer able to accept back the item due to health regulations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
