Exceptional Fit

En Femme designs and manufactures all of its clothing for the AMAB (assigned male at birth) body. Whether you are crossdressing or transitioning, key differences include arm, shoulder, leg and torso lengths. Construction also accommodates hip ratio differences and bust/chest dimensions.

For items like dresses, tops and bodysuits, use our sizing guide. En Femme uses proprietary sizing to give as close to a perfect fit as possible. For items like tucking panties (gaffs), shapers or skirts, see the sizing guide within each product page description. If you don't see your size listed in our sizing guide, contact us to help you. Sometimes you may be just outside a size and we can confirm if the item will fit you. We are here to help and we want to hear from you so we can ensure you receive the perfect fit the first time.

Quality and Innovation

We've been designed for the AMAB (assigned male at birth) body for over 20 years. We think about proportion, features like gussets and darts so that the product fits correctly. We also select performance and technical fabrics that keep you feeling confident no mater what the occasion. We also have secured patents on our designs for our tucking underwear. We ensure our tucking underwear meets the Tucking Advantage by providing a comfortable and secure hold.

As a small company, we source fabrics that have already been produced or pre-made, which helps keep our industry sustainable and reduces waste. Most fabrics we source are in limited quantity (sometimes called "deadstock") and once something sells out, it won't be back. We encourage you to get something you like instead of waiting!

All of our clothing such as dresses, tops, bottoms, lingerie, swimwear, athleisure and underwear is made in our shops in Philadelphia. Shoes, wigs and body shaping products are sourced from suppliers in Europe, South America and Asia. This is due to the lack of suppliers making these products in the US. For other items such as premium hosiery and our Comfort Stretch Tucking Brief, these items are made in Europe or South America, respectively.

Processing & Shipping

We ship discreetly to ensure your privacy.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday and typically take 1-2 days for processing. Items in your order that are considered special order will add additional processing time. Orders placed outside the US require additional processing time if your order contains special order shoes and/or wigs.

We promise to ship your order in plain packaging that does not contain contents information or our brand name. All orders are packaged in plain boxes or carrier specific boxes with a return address as Ty Style, Inc. For international orders, customs requires we identify contents. In these cases, we do our best to anonymize contents where possible.

We use the email address you provide to communicate the status of your order. We do not use the email address for any additional information, such as marketing emails. Should you wish to become part of our marketing communication program, you can sign up on our website to receive emails from us.

No, we do not send any printed material outside of your order. We guarantee your privacy in this regard and only ship your order to you to the shipping address you provide.

Yes! For PO Boxes, we ship using USPS and for UPS Store and other third party destinations, we can ship by UPS or USPS. Please ensure you have the correct shipping address entered and that the address will accept packages on your behalf.

Returns and exchanges

If you decide you don't like what you received or something isn't right, we're here to help.

Some items can't be returned due to strict sanitary regulations. This includes wigs, cosmetics, hosiery, and items considered intimates like bras and panties. Some items like shoes can be exchanged however if the size is not right. If you have washed your item or damaged or stained it, we can no longer take it back. If you have questions or concerns, just drop us a note so we can help you.

Our returns & exchanges policy is here so you can determine what is returnable. Keep in mind that some items are considered intimates and for health regulations, we aren't able to accept them back. Visit our Returns & Exchanges portal to start your return or exchange.

If you ordered the wrong size gaff and it's your first order, we'll send you a new gaff in the correct size as a one time courtesy. We want you to have the correct fitting gaff - just contact us at support@enfemmestyle.com and we'll send out the exchange for you.

Wigs that have been tried on without a wig cap and that have had the tags removed cannot be returned due to sanitary regulations. If you tried on your wig with a wig cap and and all tags are intact and it's within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us so we can assist you.
