En Femme is committed to the communities in which it serves including the transgender, non-binary, gender fluid and gender non-conforming communities. As part of the broader Queer community, we believe gender affirming clothing such as tucking underwear should be dysphoria reducing while providing comfort and a sense of security. Our mission is to ensure those who choose to tuck have access to tucking underwear regardless of cost.
We offer special programs to organizations by offering tucking underwear at low to no cost for those in need:
1. The 10% Initiative:
For 501(c)3 organizations that have no funding to purchase gender affirming clothing:
- Priority for non-profits with clientele with >50% people of color (BIPOC)
- 10% of monthly tucking underwear sales are donated as Comfort Stretch Tucking Briefs
2. Reduced Pricing Program:
For state, community and public health organizations with funding to purchase gender affirming clothing such as tucking underwear:
- Comfort Stretch Tucking Brief available for $10.00 per pair
- 30% discount for all other tucking underwear lines and matching bralettes
3. Wash & Donate Program:
For organizations with no funding to purchase gender affirming clothing. Available 3-4 times per year:
- Offers gently worn tucking underwear that is professionally washed and inspected
- Organization has active clothing closet for transgender, gender non-conforming clientele and accepts lightly used items.
- Priority given for clothing closets that primarily serve >50% people of color (BIPOC)
