Ordering Information:

How are orders shipped?

All orders are sent discreetly in plain packaging or boxes. The return label is from Ty Style, Inc with our return address. Orders are charged to your credit card under the name Ty Style Inc. and our phone number. Please note that most shoes and wigs ship from separate warehouse locations and will arrive separately.

For free domestic standard shipping, orders are shipped via USPS or in some cases UPS Ground, whichever is most efficient. 

International Orders:

Most countries impose duties for orders coming from the US. Any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not listed at checkout due to the variability of each country. Please review your local government custom fees and regulations prior to ordering. Most shipping carriers will require payment of these duties prior to the delivery of your order. If you have any questions, please contact us first before ordering.

Processing & Shipping Time for Orders:

We require 1-2 business days to process your order. Domestic orders over $100.00 and eligible for free shipping are shipped via Standard USPS service. Express orders require one business day of processing time. Orders placed on a weekend or after 3 PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday will be processed on the next business day. Wigs and Shoes: Orders that include wigs and shoes (other than a style number of 8XXXX) are shipped separately and will arrive after the remainder of your order. 

PLEASE NOTE: HI, AK and International orders take additional processing and shipping times due to some items needing to be shipped to our warehouse first before shipping to you.  Please contact us if you have specific shipping times to receive your order.

We offer USPS and UPS services for domestic orders and USPS Priority International and DHL Express for international orders.  During checkout, each carrier will show average shipping time and charges prior to completing your order. 

  • Weekend orders: If you place an order during the weekend (Friday after 3 PM until Sunday), your order will be processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday.
  • International orders that contain wigs and shoes will be held until all items arrive in our Philadelphia facility before shipping. Please add an additional 7-10 days for processing your order if your order contains shoes or wigs.

To pay by check or money order, please contact us through email or phone to place an order. Make all checks and money orders payable to:

Once your payment is received, your order will be processed in 1-2 business days.  Checks may require 1-2 additional days of processing time.

    Order Cancellation

    Once an order is placed and shipped, we are not able to cancel it. Once you receive your order, you may simply return it to us. Please follow the return instructions under Returns & Exchanges to return your order. For orders placed but not shipped, please contact us at support@enfemmestyle.com to determine if we can cancel your order prior to shipment. 

    Coupon Codes

    Coupon codes cannot be combined with other types of discounts such as bundling on enfemmestyle.com and certain restrictions may apply such as certain brands not allowing discounts.  This includes Carmen Liu, Jecca Blac, Glamory, Divine Collection among others.

    Returns and Exchanges

    Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal! Start a return here.

    You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

    We do not provide prepaid return labels unless you have received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item. You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

    En Femme will accept exchanges and returns for new, unused merchandise in original condition with any tags attached and purchased on www.enfemmestyle.com. Items purchased as clearance are final sale.

    Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us so we can resolve any issue as soon as possible.

    The following items are not returnable:

    • Hosiery
    • Wigs
    • Cosmetics
    • Shoes
    • Intimates such as bras and panties
    • Supplements 
    • Damaged, stained or washed items


    • Tucking Underwear: if you have ordered the wrong size tucking underwear or it does not fit correctly, we will exchange as a one-time courtesy a new size.  No return required and is applicable to first time purchase only.
    • Shoes: we will offer a one-time exchange for a different shoe size or a store credit if the shoe does not fit properly due to width. Please contact support@enfemmestyle.com for exchange information. 
    • A $20.00 charge is applied for returned checks

    Privacy Policy: 

    En Femme has your privacy as the highest priority to demonstrate our firm commitment to protect your personal privacy. We will never sell or share your name, e-mail address, or other personal information with any other business or marketing campaign unless specified in this policy. All packages and or mailings are sent out discreetly and in plain wrapped boxes and packaging. Your individual use of our site will be kept strictly private.     Meta Advertising Policy: For customers utilizing Meta platforms and who arrive to our site from Facebook and/or Instagram, customer activity data is shared using the Facebook Pixel, advanced matching, and Conversions API. Customers can disconnect this data from their Facebook account by changing their settings for Off-Facebook Activity. The information shared with Facebook allows for increased customization to the the types of ads you want to see from us while using Facebook or Instagram.

    We occasionally send out printed information inside the packaging of our orders as well as communicate via e-mail with updates and special offers based on your expressed preferences. You can easily remove yourself from our list by contacting us or selecting unsubscribe from the bottom of the email. We take our Privacy Policy very seriously. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us. 

    SMS and Email Opt-In: If you choose to opt-in to email marketing and/or SMS marketing during checkout or through advertising from our brand, you agree to receive updates and information about our brand via text message and email based on your selection. You can unsubscribe at any time by selecting unsubscribe from the bottom of the email or texting the unsubscribe response to end text messages. We do not sell or share any email or phone number information we collect for marketing purposes to third parties. Shopify, our platform provider, will collect phone and email information solely for the purposes of our brand. Any other Shopify opt-in selection for products other than our brand is governed by their privacy policy.

    These cookies are essentials and customizers.
