By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not sell or share your personal data outside of outlined practices

We understand the importance of confidentiality and design every part of the experience with discretion in mind.

Orders & Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed after 3 PM ET or on weekends are processed the next business day
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud or pricing errors

Once your payment is received, your order will be processed in 1-2 business days.  Checks may require 1-2 additional days of processing time.

Pricing & Promotions

  • Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
  • Certain brands may be excluded from promotions
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100
  • Carriers: USPS or UPS (based on efficiency)
  • Express orders require 1 business day processing

International Shipping

  • Carriers: USPS (select countries), UPS Worldwide or DHL Express
  • Duties and taxes are not included and are the responsibility of the customer
  • Carriers may require payment of duties prior to delivery

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties:

  • A refund will be issued minus shipping and return fees

Split Shipments

For domestic orders, some items ship separately:

  • Shoes
  • Wigs

These may arrive at different times depending on fulfillment location.

Processing Notes

  • International orders containing wigs or shoes may require additional 7–10 days processing
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders may experience extended timelines

Returns & Exchanges

We aim to make returns straightforward while maintaining hygiene and product integrity.

Standard Returns

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition with tags attached
  • Returns processed within 5–7 business days after receipt
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items are final sale:

  • Hosiery
  • Wigs
  • Cosmetics
  • Intimates (including bras and panties)
  • Clearance items
  • Breast forms, nipples, and select specialty items

We offer a one-time size exchange (first purchase only):

  • No return required
  • Designed to ensure you find the right fit with confidence

Shoe Fit Policy

  • One-time exchange or refund for sizing issues (length/width)
  • Items must be returned in original condition with packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
  • If your order has not yet been processed, contact us immediately at support@enfemmestyle.com

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes when possible.

International Customers

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for all import duties and taxes
  • You understand your country’s customs policies
  • You accept that failure to pay duties may result in returned shipments and deducted refunds

We may contact first-time international customers to confirm understanding before shipment.

Product Use & Availability

  • All products are intended for personal use only
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time
  • Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible but may vary slightly

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, product designs, branding, and copy—is the property of En Femme / Ty Style Inc. and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • En Femme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping carrier disruptions
  • Weather events
