Return Policy
Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal!
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless you have received a defective, incorrect, or damaged item. You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
En Femme will accept exchanges and returns for new, unused merchandise in original condition with any tags attached and purchased on www.enfemmestyle.com.
Items purchased as clearance are final sale.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
The following items are not returnable:

Damaged, stained or washed items
Exchanges:

Gaffs: if you have ordered the wrong size gaff, we will exchange as a one-time courtesy a new size. No return required and is applicable to first time purchase only.

Shoes: we will offer a one-time exchange for a different shoe size. Please contact support@enfemmestyle.com for exchange information.
